Fen is Managing Director and Chair of Porter Novelli EMEA where she is leading the firm's vision to be the communications partner for the stakeholder era. She is also partner of ONE HUNDRED in EMEA, a coalition of Omnicom agencies united to drive sustainable change.    Fen helps organisations and brands close their say-do gap to create global impact and give competitive edge. Clients she consults include Beiersdorf, Ericsson, H2 Green Steel, Bayer and The Almond Board of California.    

Fen is a founding member of Omniwomen UK and an advisor to The Valuable 500, Theirworld, UNESCO and the Lorax Initiative.  Fen mentors a number of female entrepreneurs in the lifestyle sector.
